Do you have any advice for young/new referees? Take as many opportunity's and attend as many Training Camps/Tournaments as you can.

Have you had any funny/strange things happen at/during a game? I went along to watch a friend playing in a Scottish Cup match and at the end of the game a group of supporters came up to me and asked if I was a scout coming to watch the same guy.
