Hello and welcome to the new look website for Renfrewshire Referees.  We hope you like the new design and features which include links to the SFA referees news and updates.  Please take a look round the page and send feedback to the webstite development office, William Insch.  One of the new functions is a member’s page.  You are required to register to gain access to this part of the site where you will be able to find report writing documents, minutes of the monthly meetings etc

Referees ‘whistle up’ £2000 for local charities

Renfrewshire Referee continued there support of local good causes following the success of the annual sportsman dinner. Cheques for £1000 were presented to Ward Sister Patricia Friel at the RAH Baby Unit (top photo) as well as to Margaret Rhoddan and the Flexicare team by President Barry Cook, Sponsorship & Charities Officer John Reid and Social Convener Gerry Reid. Guests were entertained by stories and anecdotes from ex FIFA and class one referee Kenny Clark before Scotland, St. Mirren, West Ham united and Celtic legend Frank McAvenie took the floor.
