Two refs involved in Power-chair first

The Scottish FA has appointed William Insch and Gary Toland, to take charge of a tournament involving players who require the use of a power-chair.

This will present a challenge for both referees as this is the first time the Scottish FA has ever run this type of event.
William said; " its an honor to be asked to take charge of this tournament as its something I can say I’ve done that nobody else has, I am really excited and looking forward to it."
