Dear Members,

May I start by saying what a pleasure it is for me to be appointed as President of Renfrewshire Referees Association.  I look forward to continuing to work with the Council and members to drive the association forward.  We welcome input from all members of the association on any matters they wish to discuss, so by all means get in touch with any member of Council.

I would like to extend a warm welcome to new and existing referees at Renfrewshire association.  As a reminder to all members, training continues on Wednesday evenings at the On-X Centre in Linwood at 7pm and our monthly meeting continue to be held at the Normandy Hotel in Renfrew.  It would be great to see as many members as possible at training and meetings. 

I wish you all the very best for the season ahead and look forward to your support and input to SFARRA.

Referees World Cup-themed Sportsmans Dinner

Renfrewshire Referees Association once again showed their great generosity and committment to the local community by staging another Sportsmans Dinner in aid of McMillan Cancer Care and Alzheimers Scotland.  The Association raised a fantastic £2000 for the two charities, with the help of guest speakers Mark Hateley, Willie Young and Tam Cowan.
